01 Advanced technology and high degree of automation

The grate furnace technology adopts staged combustion, which is fully and thoroughly burned, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by incineration generates steam through the waste heat boiler to drive the steam turbine to generate electricity, which truly realizes the recycling of waste treatment. All production links are centrally controlled by the central control system (central control room), with stable operation and high degree of automation.

02 Fully degrade dioxins

03 Cured heavy metals

When the cement kiln is used for collaborative disposal, the slag and fly ash generated after incineration can be used as cement raw materials to realize harmless treatment. Heavy metals in the waste are calcined at high temperature to form mixed crystals with cement clinker for solidification; The slag after waste incineration in grate furnace can be used as building materials for production, and the fly ash can be treated innocuously in cement kiln

04 Zero sewage discharge

Grate furnace waste incineration power generation, waste leachate is used as cooling water after treatment, and the concentrated liquid is burned in the furnace. The plant water system truly achieves recycling.

05 No special requirements for site selection

Use cement kiln to treat domestic waste cooperatively: it is about 50 kilometers away from the urban area, with a scale of more than 2000t/d cement plant, covering an area of 10-15 mu, and generally does not require new land acquisition.

06 No odor diffusion

The plant and storage/garbage pit are fully sealed, and the odor generated in the warehouse is pumped into the gasifier/grate furnace for incineration, so that the plant and storage are in a negative pressure state, avoiding the diffusion of odor. Local schools often organize students to visit the project plant and become the education base for environmental improvement.
