The G60 science and technology innovation corridor is one of the regions with dynamic economy and high urbanization level in China, and is an important engine for the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. In order to accelerate the integration into the Yangtze River Delta scientific and technological innovation community and actively participate in the co-construction of the G60 scientific and technological innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, Conch Venture signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Songjiang District Government of Shanghai on November 17, 2020.

The project is located at the intersection of Tongle Road and Mao'an Road in Dongjing Town in the southwest of Shanghai, with a total construction area of 202200 square meters, and will be constructed in two phases. It is about 35 minutes from the project to Hongqiao International Airport and 20 minutes from the new Songjiang South Railway Station hub. There are already opened Metro Line 9 and planned Metro Line 12 around. In the future, the surrounding public transport system will be developed, and the existing Metro Line 9, Sheshan Station and Dongjing Station are about 4km away from the base in a straight line, and the planned Metro Line 12 Husong Road Station is about 50m away from the base. The surrounding areas of the project are mainly residential and artificial intelligence industrial parks.




The first phase of the project covers an area of 33.77 mu, and six headquarters R&D buildings are designed, with a total construction area of 83500 square meters, including 49700 square meters of aboveground construction area and 33800 meters of underground construction area. There are two underground motor vehicle parking garages, and one underground floor is equipped with some living supporting functions. The construction has been started on February 21, 2022, with a planned construction period of 36 months.

The second phase of the project covers an area of about 46.72 mu, and eight research and development buildings and supporting staff apartments are designed, with a total construction area of 118700 square meters, including 69300 square meters of aboveground construction area and 49300 square meters of underground construction area. Some living and commercial facilities such as catering and retail are set up on the ground floor along the perimeter of the sunken plaza. The construction has been started on October 26, 2022, with a planned construction period of 36 months.
