On November 2, 2020, entrusted by Cheng Xiangmin, secretary of the Songjiang District Party Committee, the Songjiang District Government delegation visited Conch Entrepreneurship. The two sides had in-depth discussions and exchanges on matters related to cooperation in Dongjing Industrial Park, Songjiang District. The delegation also visited the solid and hazardous waste disposal base and the environmental protection and energy conservation equipment manufacturing base.

On October 14, 2021, the land delisting of Plot 07-08 of the first phase of Conch Venture Songjiang Headquarters Project was completed and the State-owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract was signed.

On February 17, 2022, the land delisting of Plot 09-01 of the second phase of the Conch Venture Songjiang Headquarters Project was completed and the State-owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract was signed.

On February 21, 2022 (the construction permit will be completed on January 19, 2022), the pile foundation construction of the first phase of the 07-08 plot project will be fully started.
